These Terms of Use (also referred to as the End User License Agreement, or “EULA”) form a legal agreement between you and Scramble (“we”, “us”, or the “app”) governing your use of the app. By downloading, accessing, or using Scramble, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1 License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Scramble on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the app.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Scramble. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Scramble offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (“Scramble Premium”) that unlocks additional features. The following terms apply:
- Title — Scramble Premium.
- Length & price — offered on a monthly or yearly basis. The exact duration and price, in your local currency, are shown on the subscription screen inside the app before you confirm any purchase.
- Payment — payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal — your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing & cancelling — you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials — if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We are unable to process refunds directly.
5 Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Scramble provides fitness challenges and exercise prompts for general informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You participate in all activities at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits.
6 Acceptable Use
- Use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not harass other users, post abusive or offensive content, or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
- You are responsible for the content you share and for keeping your account secure.
7 User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the app. By sharing content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the app to deliver its features (such as the activity feed and friends). We may remove content that violates these terms.
8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
9 Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10 Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
This agreement is between you and Scramble only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1 Uygulama Kullanım Lisansı
Sana; sahip olduğun ya da kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarında Scramble’ı indirip kullanman için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Bu lisans, Apple Media Services Hüküm ve Koşulları ile bu koşullara tabidir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsın.
2 Uygunluk
Scramble’ı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkendeki asgari yaşta) olmalısın. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartı karşıladığını ve verdiğin bilgilerin doğru olduğunu onaylarsın.
3 Abonelikler ve Otomatik Yenileme
Scramble, ek özellikleri açan isteğe bağlı ve otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik (“Scramble Premium”) sunar. Aşağıdaki koşullar geçerlidir:
- Başlık — Scramble Premium.
- Süre ve fiyat — aylık veya yıllık olarak sunulur. Tam süre ve yerel para birimindeki fiyat, herhangi bir satın almayı onaylamadan önce uygulama içindeki abonelik ekranında gösterilir.
- Ödeme — satın almanın onaylanmasıyla ödeme Apple ID hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Otomatik yenileme — mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğin sürece aboneliğin aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Yönetim ve iptal — aboneliğini istediğin zaman Apple ID hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin (Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler). İptal, mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.
- Ücretsiz denemeler — bir ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, bir abonelik satın aldığında denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.
4 İadeler
Tüm satın almalar Apple tarafından işlenir. İade talepleri, Apple Media Services Hüküm ve Koşulları uyarınca Apple tarafından ele alınır. İadeleri doğrudan işleme yetkimiz yoktur.
5 Sağlık ve Fitness Uyarısı
Scramble; fitness görevlerini ve egzersiz önerilerini yalnızca genel bilgilendirme ve motivasyon amacıyla sunar. Tıbbi tavsiye değildir ve profesyonel rehberliğin yerini tutmaz. Herhangi bir egzersiz programına başlamadan önce bir doktora danış. Tüm aktivitelere kendi sorumluluğunda katılırsın ve güvenli biçimde, kendi sınırların dahilinde egzersiz yapmaktan yalnızca sen sorumlusun.
6 Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
- Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullan.
- Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etme, saldırgan ya da rahatsız edici içerik paylaşma veya başkalarını taklit etme.
- Uygulamayı ya da sistemlerini bozmaya, hacklemeye veya yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışma.
- Paylaştığın içerikten ve hesabının güvenliğini korumaktan sen sorumlusun.
7 Kullanıcı İçeriği
Uygulamada oluşturduğun içeriğin sahipliği sana aittir. İçerik paylaşarak, uygulamanın özelliklerini sunmak için (aktivite akışı ve arkadaşlar gibi) bunu uygulama içinde göstermemiz için bize sınırlı bir lisans verirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırabiliriz.
8 Feragatnameler ve Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama, herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut haliyle” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bazı yargı bölgeleri belirli sınırlamalara izin vermez; bu nedenle bunların bir kısmı sana uygulanmayabilir.
9 Fesih
Uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilir ve hesabını uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal etmen halinde erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Niteliği gereği fesihten sonra da geçerli olması gereken maddeler yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder.
10 Üçüncü Taraf Yararlanıcı Olarak Apple
Bu sözleşme yalnızca seninle Scramble arasındadır, Apple ile değildir. Apple, uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. Ancak Apple ve iştirakleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve bunları sana karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir. Apple’ın uygulama için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur.
11 Bu Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihini değiştirir ve uygun olduğunda uygulama içinde seni bilgilendiririz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncellenen koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
